Raw Tomato Soup

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (more or less to taste)
  • 10-12 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 or 3 sprigs of fresh oregano
  • unrefined sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients to desired consistency. [Mine was a like a slightly thick puree.] May be served room temperature or slightly warmed. [I stuck mine in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds.]
